Sciencemag.org published an article in November 2010 entitled “Why Diets Fail” this one line stood out for me – “Dieting is tough because your brain is working against you.” Dieting increases stress sensitivity, and stress makes us seek out rewarding things such as high calorie foods. As someone who at the time had been trying to shed excess body fat, I knew that to be true.

I will respond within 2 business days to set up an appointment via Zoom, Skype, Messenger, or WhatsApp with no need for inconvenient, in-person meet ups. Once we decide we are a good fit to work together, we will then set up your personal coaching schedule.
