One-on-one coaching is known to be effective in encouraging people to successfully make positive lifestyle changes that improves health, manage weight and build confidence. Your individual needs matter most to me, I take the time to work with you to help you achieve your personal goal and work as a team to help find what works best for you. Food Diary Analysis

A food diary is a daily log of what you eat and drink each day. You can keep track on your smartphone with our app. The diary helps you and your nutrition and weight management coach understand your eating habits. It can help you realize what you consume. Once you know this, you can make changes to your diet to improve your weight. It’s best to keep track of a complete food diary for at least 3 to 4 days. Some people find it helpful to continue with the diary for longer to maintain their weight goals.

I got on a race bike for the first time this summer and absolutely loved it!
